The Benevolent Kitchen

The Benevolent Baker

We all have our dangerous monster now we all have our Benevolent Baker.
Taken from the myth stories of old where the town is saved from the dangerous monster by the benevolent baker who makes the magic biscuit & saves the day.

I began working with food out of a personal need for healthy, healing, and delicious food. Now after apprenticing with various professional bakers, chocolatiers, and chefs; plus completing a variety of specialty professional courses. I was diagnosed while I was working as a traditional baker! I wish I could go back to school and study the culinary profession in more depth, but I cannot for there is no accredited program out there for people with gluten intolerance or Celiac disease, (not only can we not consume it, we cannot inhale it either -- making a pastry class a bit difficult).

I want to share my knowledge with you, your friends, your family, or even your business. To make your kitchen a benevolent one and help you become your own benevolent baker. That way you can:

HEAL – the physical & emotional damage from food with food

CARE – include delicious foods with your ongoing treatments

PROGRESS – adjusting to adherence of dietary needs.

I continue to speak at a variety of support groups, libraries, PTA's, and private organizations and businesses. My kitchen is constantly swirling with some new recipe I am attempting, (often a challenge provided to me buy a client or friend). Soon I'll be working on a cookbook that works in real life and is for real people who love real food.

I look forward to meeting with you soon.
